Why I am not taken back although being a returning client?

Possible reasons include:

  • Aggressive tax positions which we are not comfortable with.
  • Disorganized in record keeping.
  • Too many last-minute changes.
  • Providing information close to tax filing deadline.
  • Communication challenges.
  • Asking for discounts after all the work is completed.
  • Failing to pay the fees on time and we have to send constant reminders for collecting the fees.
  • Left the practice to work with another firm and then tries to come back after being dissatisfied.

We are very careful in accepting new clients into our practice and we only accept limited new clients into our practice.
